My order arrived damaged. What can I do? We pack our orders in card-backed 'please do not bend' envelopes but occasionally, Royal Mail posties ignore this request and bend anyway. If you’ve received an order that has been bent at the hands of a postman (or postlady!), please email a clear picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll send out a replacement.
Do you accept returns/offer refunds? Most* of our products are returnable within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Just email email@example.com and include your original order number.
*Please note that personalised items are non-refundable or exchangeable as each one is made up per your request unless it is an error from our end. Sale items are also non-refundable.
What’s the deal with shipping? Firstly - postage is free on the majority* of our products! As our prints are all professionally printed by a local printing company, they can take up to 3 working days to be printed. Therefore, please allow 5 workings days for your order to be dispatched. All orders are posted 2nd Class via Royal Mail unless you have chosen to pay the £1 for 1st class. Please note that paying the extra £1 for 1st class does not mean we can always get it to the post office any quicker; its solely for the postal service.
Their website states they aim to deliver by the 3rd working day via 2nd class. Once we've posted the order, it's entirely down to them. If you haven't received your order after 7 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*12x16 and 50cm x 70cm prints have a postage of £2.80.
